Golf gets played when someone finally rounds up the group.

The group text never books the round. ParTeeTime does — mark when you're free, round up a group two ways, confirm, drop it on everyone's calendar, and split the bill clean. For your foursome, your club, or your whole crew.

Three ways in

One app. Three ways to round up.

Whether it's the standing Saturday foursome, four hundred club members, or a college crew scattered across three time zones — same clean loop, sized to your group.

For golfers

Your foursome Open now

You and your regular buddies

Build your buddy list, mark when you're free, and round up a group in a couple of taps — or fire a moonshot when you're already on the first tee.

  • Plan ahead or fire a last-minute moonshot
  • First to tap "I'm in" claims the open spot
  • Hands off to your calendar & the club's booking page
  • Splits the bill clean, player-to-player
Free to play. No card, no catch.
For clubs & GMs

Your club Early access

A members-only ParTeeTime

A private space carrying your roster and your name — so members round up rounds among themselves and your tee sheet stays fuller, without you running a thing.

  • Members-only, your branding, your booking link
  • Fills twilight and shoulder-time tee slots
  • Zero staff overhead — members self-organize
  • We handle setup and onboarding for you
A short call — see it on your own members.
For leagues & groups

Your crew Early access

A society, league, or scattered crew

Got a regular game, a golf society, or a college crew that never gets it together? Tell us about the group and we'll stand up a private space built just for you.

  • We spin it up — you don't administer anything
  • Built for groups that span clubs & cities
  • Keeps a recurring game actually recurring
  • Concierge setup, then it runs itself
We'll get back to you to set it up.
Start to scorecard

Four taps from "anyone around?" to it's on the calendar.

Same loop at every size — a foursome, a club, or a crew.

Round up

Availability or moonshot — gather a foursome in a couple of taps.

Confirm

Buddies tap in or out. No chasing replies across three threads.

Hand off

Adds to everyone's calendar and opens your club's booking page to lock the time.

Settle

The bill stays open through the round, then nets out who owes whom — paid by their own link.

On the horizon

Then settle the only thing left: who actually won.

Your group already lives in ParTeeTime — so the leaderboard writes itself. Tap the result at the turn, and your foursome keeps a season-long order of merit. No spreadsheet in someone's notes app, no debating it in the parking lot. Just the running tally that keeps the rivalry honest — and brings everyone back next Saturday.

Coming after the trial. The scoring depth — gross, net, side games — earns its build when your group tells us it wants it.

How we play it straight

Honest by design.

The same principles whether you're a foursome or a four-hundred-member club.

Money never touches us

Splits run straight between players over Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or Zelle — using each person's own link. We never hold a dollar or take a cut. That's the line between a weekend app and a regulated money transmitter, and we stay on the right side of it.

We hand off, we don't fake a sync

A confirmed round drops onto your real calendar and opens your club's own booking page. We don't pretend to be plugged into a tee sheet we're not. Plain, honest handoff — every time.

The bill settles fair

Add the turn, the beers, a guest fee, whoever covered the cart — while you play. At "Round's up" it nets the balances, so whoever fronted something actually gets paid back. Not "everyone pays the leader."

Free to play, no card wall

Golfers play free. No "enter your card for $0.99" — that's the exact friction that kills a word-of-mouth app. Club and crew editions sit on top of a free golfer base, never in front of it.
